VECSEL
OPSilent and OPScan are a new product family of Optically Pumped Semiconductor Laser (OPSL) developed by Innoptics. These products are the outcome of many years of research on VECSEL technology at our partner Labs (IES-CNRS and LPN-CNRS).
This unique technology combines the advantages of semiconductor lasers (reliability, compactness, wavelength agility and tunability) with those of solid state DPSS lasers (coherence, spectral purity, beam quality).
Our products offer a high coherence and a purely TEM 00 single-mode laser, while being wavelength tunable.
Two products are currently proposed. Other modules are under development at new wavelengths and in new package types.
